125 – 133 The Parade, Watford
Dwyer Asset Management limited investment manager for owner Watford Parade (Gibraltar) limited is promoting a mixed-use
redevelopment of 125-133 The Parade, taking in the current PRZYM nightclub, Iceland food store and other buildings on the site, as well as the car park to the rear.
The ground floor provides more active commercial space than currently exists on the site, within a genuinely mixed use Town Centre regeneration project.
Under the currently proposed scheme, circa 146 residential units will be delivered on the upper floors. The proposals will be a mixture of buildings with the highest being 8 storeys, significantly less than a number of consented schemes in Watford and lower the nearby YMCA building. There will be roof gardens at varying levels throughout the development.
We believe that a high quality scheme on this key site will contribute enormously to the long term viability of the northern end of Watford High Street and the Town Centre overall, providing new and active family friendly retail space, as well as Town Centre accommodation.
